Bone-jarring Gang Rapsters
Wednesday 28 Jul - High Velocity
Through all the late nineties Alcan Stevens toured with Luke Ponti making as much noise and hysteria as the crowds in Brisbane could handle.

ALCY finally brings his bone jarring talents to Melbourne with a dance party planned to rival last year's 51 Club Solctice
It wasnt too long into the spacey gig before Carlos n Jamey decided on Long Island Ice teas while DJs Mike Nicholls and Homer Teagz dazed the crowd with their Dawn of the Living Dead warmup. Heartbeats and great blowey tracks made Rhythm of the Jungles Mikey Pike look like cosmic bat poo while Marshal Davis designed a follow up set that left the girlies giggling. Twenty five minutes into the third set it was Hothouse Ashs turn and he let up some powerful house remixes that gave the crowd twinkley dance faves all coloured down with great streams of audio-purple licorice. Fun? Just ask Ruthy

Don't get too racy
about next months roundup of the terrible twin nights at Thumpers, it'll most likely get repeated again and again over the next few months in the lead up to Xmas. The real event on next months horizon is the Shake festival at CJciros. See ya ther!
